Role Overview:

The Operations Manager is a central figure in our quest for operational excellence, requiring a blend of strategic foresight, resilience, and technical savvy in automation and no-code software. This role is suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is adept at using technology to streamline operations.

Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Drive operational excellence, integrating our core values into every facet of the business while fostering an environment of innovation.
Strategic Problem Solving: Employ automation and no-code platforms like Make and Zapier to solve operational challenges, increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
Relationship Building: Develop strategic partnerships with landlords and stakeholders, facilitating growth and expanding our portfolio.
Process Optimization: Enhance and refine onboarding and operational procedures, focusing on adaptability and efficiency through automation.
Effective Communication: Maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders, offering insights and strategies that align with our unique organizational ethos.
Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field, with a proven track record of implementing effective strategies and solutions.
Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Further qualifications in technology or project management are advantageous.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrable expertise in automating processes and proficiency in no-code platforms such as Make and Zapier.
Leadership and Communication: Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication skills are essential.
