== THE POSITION ==

As the Operations Manager for our client in the accounting recruitment industry, you’ll play a key role in facilitating projects, updating communications throughout the team, and assisting the client in creating workflows.

Your primary focus will be to ensure that the company processes run smoothly and efficiently.This is your chance to be a key player in a dynamic team!

-> Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management.
• Extensive experience in Finance, HR, Recruiting
• Must understand the process-driven nature of Recruitment.
• Experience in Microsoft Office 365 is required.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Loxo Recruiting CRM, or Dialpad a plus.
• Available to work full-time (40 hrs/wk).
• Can work during standard US business hours.
• Fast, stable internet connection (Minimum download speed 5 Mbps)
• Working computer/laptop (Minimum Requirement: Processor - Intel i3 or equivalent, RAM - 4GB).
• Backup power source or work location for power outages.


-> Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conducting market trend analysis daily for target clients
• Supporting search activities for new and existing candidates utilizing Recruitly & LinkedIn
• Database management, CRM maintenance and upkeep;
• Job postings in Recruitly, uploading to LinkedIn and other industry-specific sites as needed
• Candidate documentation, updating and requesting information such as resumes, reference lists/letters
• Assisting with client/candidate interview schedule and confirmation of times and follow-up
• Scheduling and coordinating reference and update calls
• Updating and creating new client documentation including engagement letter, retainer invoice through to final invoice
• Creating marketing templates and email sequencing, with follow-up calls
• Marketing communication updates and best practices with social media
• Posting on LinkedIn, website updates, blogs, career tips, investigating tools, etc.
• Responding to RFPs and PO queries
• Inbox screening and management
• Career coaching and improving documentation and process flow
• Website management via WordPress
