Operations Manager / Personal Assistant

Alana is serial entrepreneur who is looking for an executive assistant to be able to manage up to 5 virtual assistants and ensure tasks are to be done.

The 5 assistants you will manage/ or hire for training:

2 virtual assistants are Customer Engagement managers for HoppScotch.bun, a fast-growing, e-commerce pet rabbit supply store that is mostly known for our world-leading rabbit litter box. We cater only the best, premium quality products and we are currently looking to expand our business with more virtual help managing the minor tasks of the Amazon marketplace. HoppScotch.bun is sold on Amazon, Wal-Mart, Etsy, and Ebay across the world.
1 Operations Manager who assists you with all tasks
1 Amazon Manager who operated the Amazon store internally

Our attention is mostly on getting small tasks finished correctly and efficiently. We will be sure to check in our Task Manager assigned to you daily. Getting work done on time is more important than logging in hours.

We are searching for a diligent, self-sustaining VA who could assist in these main duties:
? Managing an Amazon store
? Payroll
? Train new virtual assistants
? Make detailed reports about current data
? Identify growth areas within the companies
? Make weekly reports of virtual assistant progress
? Perform personal assistant tasks to Alana for personal and business matters
? Review management on Amazon
? Business statistic tracking
? Inventory management
? Update Amazon listings
? Report directly to me
? Simply Research about Pet Bunnies

We will train you for each of these tasks. Position will start at $4 USD/ Hour or $640/ Month, but pay will increase upon performance and experience.


WHO YOU ARE:
You are a rockstar who doesn't need supervision, but isn't afraid to ask question to fully understand the assignments. You are a go-getter and willing to learn new things about bunnies and how to properly care for them. You can research bunny-related topics online. You have semi-flexible hours, so we can schedule weekly calls in different time zones. You speak AMAZING American English. You don't mind working a little on weekends. You are a team player.
