Part-Time Operations Manager with Growth Potential at uBreakiFix Northern Austin

Attention detail-oriented, efficient leaders!

uBreakiFix Northern Austin, a thriving chain of three technology repair stores in Austin and official repair partners for Google and Samsung, is seeking a Part-Time Operations Manager to join our team. This is a flexible, growth-oriented position, with responsibilities increasing along with your success.

Initial Responsibilities (20 hours/week):

In-Store Operations Support: Streamline processes for purchasing, lead management, booking appointments, and assisting remote technicians with device repairs at customers' homes.
Customer Service and Escalation Management: Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving escalations effectively and managing service operations to provide the best customer experience.
Social Media Management: Create and post engaging content on our social media accounts four times a week across all three stores.

Expand your responsibilities to include additional operational tasks and initiatives.
Play a vital role in implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency.
Become a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing strategic insights and helping to drive results.

Who You Are:

A meticulous organizer with excellent attention to detail.
A proven leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive problem-solver with initiative and a can-do attitude.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools.
Familiar with basic inventory management and purchasing principles.
Experience with or willingness to learn social media management for organic posts.
Passionate about technology and delivering exceptional customer service.
Experience with Traction - EOS is a plus.
