Real estate sales experience and MLS experience preferred
Previous call center experience in a sales environment is preferred
Investorfuse CRM software experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of Google Docs/Suite and MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required
Need to be able to create SOP’s and keep up us organized
Manage pipeline of prospects
Manage and create relationships with investors/buyers

Clean up current buyers list (getting everyone best contact number, buying criteria, etc.)
Send BC contract and assignment agreements to investors
Send JV to realtors and wholesalers who find us buyers
Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position
Attend business meetings and trainings as required
Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Must have:
Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
Great English, organizational skills, must have clerical/Secretary background.
