Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a talented Operations Leader to spearhead our remote team of 60+ professionals in the Philippines. As the Operations Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. Key responsibilities include:

- Recruitment and HR Management: Overseeing the recruitment process and nurturing a positive work culture to attract and retain top talent.
- VA Performance and Productivity: Monitoring and enhancing the performance and productivity of our Virtual Assistants to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Training and Development: Implementing comprehensive training programs to upskill our team and drive continuous improvement.
- Cultivating Company Culture: Fostering a supportive and inclusive environment that reflects our company values and promotes teamwork and collaboration.
- Team Engagement and Retention: Implementing strategies to boost employee morale, engagement, and retention rates.
- Maintaining Delivery Standards: Upholding high standards of service delivery while managing growth and scaling operations effectively.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the outsourcing industry or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
- Innovative mindset with a track record of implementing creative solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
