We are seeking an ambitious Operations Executive to join our team. Your role will be pivotal in maximizing player value through the identification, analysis and assignment of casino promotions. We value smart, teachable individuals with a growth mindset and provide comprehensive training to all new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers. No prior experience in this industry is required.

Your Role:

Primary Focus - Offer Management: Your core responsibility lies in diligently monitoring various sources to spot potential offers, evaluating player submissions, and accurately maintaining player status records. A significant part of your role involves directly adding identified profitable offers to our players' accounts, granting them access to the most beneficial opportunities.
Analysis & Strategy: Conduct detailed analyses of casino promotions to determine profitability and develop strategic approaches for player assignment.
Collaboration & Innovation: Collaborate with the team to refine strategies and processes, ensuring our approach remains innovative and effective.

Who You Are:

You are a detail-oriented and analytical thinker with a knack for managing multiple priorities. You possess strong problem-solving skills, are comfortable with data analysis, and have excellent communication abilities. Your effectiveness will be gauged by your proficiency in quickly identifying and assigning profitable promotions to our players accounts, significantly influencing our players' and the company's profit margins. Regular spot checks and the analysis of the profit generated from the offers you manage will measure your success.
