URGENT!!! Preference will be given to early applicants who apply quickly! We are seeking an experienced operations manager in charge of scheduling and HR.

Job Description:
This individual will be responsible for coordinating staff schedules to ensure adequate
coverage for client needs while optimizing employee availability and preferences. Take
calls 24/7 for employees that cannot fulfill their shift and call other employees to help fill
the vacant shift. This job will require some executive assistant duties such as data analytics
and reports.

The nature of this job requires you to be available to take calls 24/7, but you will not receive many calls each week. Maybe zero, maybe 10 - depending on the week. Thus, there is a high amount of flexibility with this role. You can often work the hours that you choose to work, as long as you are available to answer the phone in case someone calls.

Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain staff schedules based on client needs, employee
availability, and company policies.
• Coordinate with managers to determine staffing requirements for each
shift or project.
• Ensure that schedules are communicated effectively to staff in a timely
manner.
• Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in
workload, staffing levels, or employee availability.
• Address scheduling conflicts and resolve staffing issues in a timely and
efficient manner.
• Take calls from potential staff members that cannot fulfill their
upcoming shift.
• Track attendance and time-off requests, ensuring compliance with
company policies.
• Generate reports on staffing metrics and provide insights for optimizing
scheduling processes.
• Collaborate with HR to onboard new staff and maintain up-to-date
employee records.
