Rocket Benefits is dedicated to assisting US military veterans in appealing disability claim decisions made by the United States Veteran Administration. As a small but fully funded team, we are poised for rapid growth and are committed to supporting our clients.

We are seeking an exceptionally organized and proactive Operations Assistant to join our team as the first member located in the Philippines. This role is integral to our operations, ensuring all administrative tasks are executed flawlessly. The ideal candidate is a dynamic self-starter with impeccable English skills and excellent communication abilities, ensuring effective coordination within the team. This role holds the potential for growth into a managerial position as we expand our team, particularly in overseeing tasks with looming deadlines to ensure timely progression.

Key Responsibilities:
- Rigorously check that all forms are signed and correctly processed.
- Manage file naming and organization within Lawmatics (our CRM).
- Efficiently handle file downloads and uploads to Google Drive.
- Create and maintain organized Google Drive folders for new and past clients.
- Distribute resources and provide daily tracking updates on tasks and client engagements.
- Send emails occasionally to clients as required.
- Take on various additional tasks as the team grows and operational needs evolve.

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in administrative roles, particularly involving document management and client communication.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A "go-getter" attitude with the drive to take on increasing responsibility.
