Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate the operations team to achieve high performance and meet business objectives.
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Manage supply chain, logistics, and inventory to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational performance.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly, implementing proactive solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with other departments to align operations with overall business goals and strategies.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce operations management, preferably in a startup environment.
- Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce logistics and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Ability to develop and monitor KPIs to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
