Online Marketing Manager (Social Media Ads)

I'm looking for an Online Marketing Manager for my small startup UGC ad agency. The main task will be to optimize UGC-style video ads in collaboration with our video editors. You will write briefings for video editors and give them recurring feedback until the videos look as you envisioned them.

You do not necessarily need any prior Marketing experience for this, but you will need an eye for what makes a good social media video. I will give you a small test task to evaluate this.
