As part of our mission to reach a broader audience and create meaningful connections, we are seeking a talented Online Marketing Expert to join our team.

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Online Marketing Expert to spearhead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in various online marketing strategies and platforms, with a strong focus on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and Landing Pages. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission-driven organization and make a positive impact on individuals seeking spiritual growth and mindfulness practices.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Manage Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.

Conduct audience research to ensure ad targeting is optimized for maximum engagement and conversion.

Test and optimize ads for efficiency and effectiveness, using A/B testing and other methodologies.

Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and traffic.

Create and optimize landing pages to drive conversions and maximize ROI.

Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our marketing efforts innovative and effective.


Requirements:

Good English speaking skills

Proven experience in online marketing with a focus on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and Landing Pages.

Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.

Familiarity with creating and segmenting audiences for targeted advertising.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Passion for mindfulness, spirituality and Buddhist teachings is a plus.
