Online English Teacher (home based/flexible schedule)

We're looking for Filipino English teachers. We teach Japanese adults (no kids). Previous experience is welcome, but not necessary. We provide a 2-week training that helps you become successful on our platform.

Pay
- 150 pesos per hour.
(paid twice a month through Transferwise)

Bonus
- If you reach 70 hours of work within 15 days, you will be guaranteed 12k pesos for the cutoff.

Platform we use
- Skype and Google Meet

Shift
- You can be flexible based on your availability.

Days off
- You can take as many days off as you need.

Training (*non-paid)
We provide three kinds of training.
- AI training (which will last for 2 days)
- 40 Observation sessions (which will last 3 days)
- 17 demo sessions (which will last for 5 days)

First month
- 5,000 pesos is guaranteed.
(You may be worried that you don't get booked enough for the first few months, however, we have a good support system after the training that helps you increase and maintain your booking rate)

*Opportunities to meet the students in person are available based on your performance (your expenses for the trio are all covered)
