Online Conversation Manager

We are seeking a valuable addition to our family in the form of a proficient inbound and outbound conversation manager!

The responsibilities of this role include:
Managing and organizing the inbox
Engaging in conversations and making sales
Monitoring sales and recording them in a spreadsheet
Nurturing and developing customer relationships

This is a FULL-TIME position. The working hours required are night shift hours Philippines Time (GMT +8), for a total of 6 days per week. Please ensure that these hours align with your lifestyle.

This job is performance-based, which means you will receive a commission once you have successfully completed the probationary period. Additionally, there will be opportunities for pay raises and promotions to team leader positions. We want you to progress alongside our team's growth. You will receive training through our business systems, and we will provide you with everything necessary to support your success. However, we are not looking for someone robotic; we desire an individual who can think on their feet and respond quickly if the conversation deviates from the usual course.

A Telegram account (for team communication)
Zoom (for meetings and training)

Training will be provided, and a PAID probationary period will be implemented for the first month.
