Online Coach/Virtual Assistant

I am looking for an amazing assistant online health & fitness coach, to help me with social media, admin & a small amount of client management tasks. Ideally you have prior experience in VA work and ADDITIONALLY a cert. 4 in Fitness.

Tasks would include:
- Copywriting & scheduling social media posts for social media
- Keeping social media stories up to date
- Financial administrative tasks (setting up subscriptions/manual payments on Stripe, Xero reconciliation)
- Following up with past leads
- Contacting local businesses & posting in local Upgrade to see actual infomunity groups
- Responding to initial enquiries from relevant leads, scheduling sales calls
- Filling out KPIs tracker, monitoring a 90-day marketing strategy spreadsheet
- Client onboarding process post-sale (emails, setting up client adherence)
- Responding to appropriate current client messages (answering standard questions, directing clients to appropriate resources) & small amount of monitoring client adherence to the coaching program
