**Job Description:**


We are seeking a creative and experienced Event Operations Specialist who is passionate about the online casino industry to join our team. As an Event Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing various events both inside and outside the casino to increase user engagement and retention rates, and to promote user recharge behavior.


**Responsibilities and Requirements:**


- Design and execute various events both inside and outside the casino, including holiday events, promotional events, etc., to increase user engagement and retention rates.
- Analyze casino data, identify user behavior patterns, and develop corresponding event strategies to promote user recharge behavior.
- Work closely with the product team to ensure the smooth implementation of events and adjust strategies based on data analysis.
- Collaborate with the customer service department to ensure a smooth user experience during events and promptly resolve user issues.


**Qualifications:**


- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, event planning, media, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in event operations in the online casino industry.
- Strong data analysis and project management skills, able to independently design and execute various events.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with product and customer service departments.
- Strong interest and passion for the online casino industry, with an understanding of casino market and player needs.
