Seeking VA to help busy realtor for one week project.

Here is the description offered by the realtor:
1. Review and clean up existing contacts: Remove duplicates, update outdated information, and ensure all contacts are correctly categorized.
2. Create custom fields: Tailor the CRM by adding custom fields arranged by buyers and sellers or utize the current tabs.
3. Segment contacts: Group contacts into categories or segments based on criteria such as zip code, Maryland, DC.
4. Develop a tagging system: Use tags or labels to further categorize contacts and make it easier to search for specific groups of contacts. Sellers in home 5 to 10 years: 10-15 years; 15 to 20 years. Also make it easier to identify all my past clients. Also set up a spread sheet with all my previous sells from Zillow so I can identify the past clients for labeling.
5. Set up automated workflows: Streamline processes by putting all clients into a sales funnel based on previous activity or where they are in the process ie (Likely to sale, previous buyer, previous seller) so the lead nurturing campaigns can be initiated.
6. Import data from other sources: Consolidate information from spreadsheets, email lists, and google/compass contacts.
