The Onboarding Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the onboarding of new accounts, maintenance of client profiles and updating of customer licensing as required. This individual will also be responsible for meeting or exceeding team KPIs, daily development of team associates and the overall success of the customer onboarding process.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assign new customer onboarding requests to associates and oversee setup of distributor accounts to establish a customer specific supply chain
- Regularly review GPO (Group Purchasing Organization) contracts for pricing and product updates
- Determine, at the time of processing, if any accessorial contracts need to be loaded to the customer profile
- Proactively contact current customers when licensing is due to expire to ensure no lapse in service or contract connections
- Ensure the Onboarding team is following up on daily tasks and tickets
- Proactively alert account managers when a new account does not have the necessary documentation to complete account setup with a particular vendor
- Effectively communicate with internal and external customers on status of onboarding requests
- Review team dashboards and KPIs weekly and provide insight to Director of Operations on gaps to be addressed or any issues that arise
- Ensure all customer/vendor accounts are established within timelines provided, proactively report and remediate any delays

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Fluent in written and spoken English with minimal spoken accent.
- 3+ years experience managing supply chain connections or multi-warehouse distribution
- Is a natural leader with a passion for building relationships and a talent for inspiring trust and confidence.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and excels at juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Has a creative mindset and a knack for thinking outside the box when it comes to designing memorable experiences for clients.
- Is a proactive problem-solver who can anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and drive results.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivate and work from a remote setting
