CEBU-BASED APPLICANTS ONLY


Rate: $8-$9/hr plus performance-based bonuses, and earn up to 90,000 PHP +/month plus bonuses.


Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST with 30-minute unpaid lunch, two 15-minute breaks


Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a management role with a proven track record of leading high-performing sales or sales support teams.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Demonstrated expertise in developing talent, providing effective feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, prospecting strategies, and the principles of successful go-to-market execution.
- Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills, utilizing metrics to drive team performance and make informed decisions.
- Excellent Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, effectively interacting with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, senior management, and cross-functional stakeholders.


Responsibilities:
- Team Development and Coaching: Hire, onboard, and continuously mentor a team of SDRs/BDRs, Business Analysts, Inside Sales Account Executives, and Salesforce Admins.
- Performance Management: Establish individual and team KPIs and targets. Monitor team performance against goals, implement corrective actions with underperformers, and champion top performers.
- Process Optimization: Analyze team workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and drive higher levels of productivity.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Regularly track and analyze important sales metrics.
