Office administrator

Immediate opening for a full-time office help admin/manager for general contractors. Looking for detail oriented and organized independent with minimal supervision individual.
The ideal candidate will have standards, excellent communication/customer service skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks.
Responsibilities but are not limited:
• Answering phones (incoming calls/angis list prospects) ** Spanish speaking, not required but it is a plus**
• Coordination/scheduling appointments for the team.
• Supporting and assisting other staff/managers in the office.
• Obtaining village/town/city permits.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently, in an organized fashion.
• Assists in construction bidding: including coordinating and distribution of bid documents.
• Support the supplemental depts. (insurance follow up calls, claim status etc..).
• Data entry.
• Manage daily communication by creating tasks in CRM (Job Nimbus).
• Following up on insurance carriers on pending claims.
• Order supplies as needed.
• Social media platforms/website updating.
• Experience on adobe, office products and general internet skills required.
