Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Job description:
Hospital Outreach: Research and identify hospitals within designated geographic areas.
Initiate contact with them and present our organization's services, emphasizing the benefits of partnering with us for their staffing needs. Conduct thorough needs assessments with hospitals to understand their specific staffing requirements, including desired skill sets, experience levels, and staffing ratios.

Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of nursing candidates.

Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, experience, and fit for specific nursing positions.

Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of our healthcare clients, including identifying target markets, attending job fairs, and collaborating with nursing schools and organizations.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with nursing candidates, healthcare facilities, and hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences.

Candidate Support: Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including assistance with licensure, credentialing, and relocation, as needed.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to nurse recruitment and hiring practices.
