Monday - Saturday
9am to 8pm Eastern Time"
(You may choose what hours you would like to train within this Timeframe after your 2nd day of training)

We offer a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with all the skills you need to become a successful Cold Caller

- The faster you Learn the faster you earn!

- During the Training program you will be paid $30 USD per signed contract weekly and $150 USD up to $2,000 USD per closed deal every 30 days. There will be a daily $15 USD Bonus for the trainees with the most calls and Leads for the day.

- Management will review daily calls and attendance to determine qualification for Promotion. Once you're promoted, the starting Base Pay for a In House Cold Caller is $3 USD per hour paid at the end of each shift and $1 USD raise per deal and up to $2,000 Bonus once deal is closed.

- The faster you are able to learn the required skills needed for the position, the faster you will be Promoted to In House Cold Caller.
