I’m hiring a full-time Video Editor / Thumbnail Creator for my YouTube channel, specializing in crafting YouTube-specific videos and engaging thumbnails.

The ideal candidate will have experience in editing videos that boost channel watch time by incorporating sounds, text, infographics, transitions, panning, and stock footage to enhance entertainment value with minimal guidance.

Additionally, expertise in designing click-worthy YouTube thumbnails, identifying video highlights for thumbnail imagery, and understanding viewer engagement triggers is crucial.

Expectations include the ability to edit a high-quality video and create its thumbnail within an 8-hour shift, working any preferred 8-hour block, five days a week. The starting salary is $270 per month, with potential for advancement.
