JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Nonprofit Ads Performance Manager to enhance our digital marketing efforts. This role is critical for managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns across various platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Ads, specifically tailored for nonprofit organizations. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of performance metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and have a proven track record of success in the nonprofit sector.


Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Monitor daily campaign budgets and adjust strategies based on performance data.
- Create detailed reports analyzing campaign performance, focusing on metrics such as CAC and ROAS, to guide future marketing strategies.
- Implement and oversee the effective use of tracking tools such as the Meta Pixel and have a robust understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for advanced tracking and analytics.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Campaign Manager to ensure campaign alignment with organizational goals.
- Demonstrate experience in digital fundraising, ideally with experience using tools like Fundraise Up, to enhance donor engagement and increase fundraising efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising within the nonprofit sector.


Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, with specific experience managing campaigns for nonprofit organizations.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics such as CAC and ROAS.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Experience with digital tracking implementation, including Meta Pixel.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience with digital fundraising tools like Fundraise Up is a significant plus.
