Sensic Digital, a leading performance marketing company based in Brisbane, is seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to join our team on a freelance basis. We're looking for someone who can effectively optimize our client's website, Net Lease World, to maximize organic traffic and improve visibility on search engines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct an SEO audit of the website and implement necessary technical SEO improvements.
• Develop and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to maximize organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to guide content teams in creating SEO optimized content.
• Monitor and analyze SEO statistics such as clicks, impressions, and conversion.
• Collaborate with the team to develop content strategies aligned with SEO goals.
• Review and analyze site content for areas of improvement and provide recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven SEO experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
• In-depth experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMRush, Moz).
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
• Strong skills in creating SEO strategies and content plans.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
