Our client is a dynamic NZ company that has launched an e-commerce auto parts company in USA, they pride themselves on their collaborative work environment and commitment to excellence.
 
At present we are looking for an Ecommerce sales, customer service person to join their team.
 
Main Assignment Responsibilities Will Include: 
- E-commerce, Sales & Customer Service - with experience in Automotive Parts & Assessories 
- E-commerce Site - Automotive Parts & Assessories
- Export / Import Data From Website
- VLookup, Excel
- Shopify  
- Answer Customer Quaries Regarding Automotive Parts 
- Calling Customers Back With Enquries
- Dealing With All Automotive Parts & Assessories So Knowledge In This Area Is A Muat To Have 
- Ability To Use Their Inouse CRM Syste
- Administration Data Enter
- Proficent In English
- Proficient With Customer Service
- Proficent Dealing With Customers
- Proficent Dealing With Customer Complaints 
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
