HR MANAGER
We are looking for a talented and versatile HR Manager! If you think that you have what it takes to be successful in this role, we welcome you to apply!

The HR Manager is accountable for managing payroll, employee benefits and compensation, US Labor compliance (as applicable), and employee training and development.

Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the HR database and ensure that it’s updated daily and or as needed. This includes but is not limited to HR employee data, company org chart, applicant tracking system, change log, etc.
- Ensures the handbook is updated and sent to all employees every quarter.
- Sends out regular employee opinion surveys and ensures results are analyzed and sent to VPs/stakeholders.
- Accountable for all HR SOPs to be updated and loaded in docu360
- Accountable in making sure that all employees are paid correctly and on time. Drive payroll accuracy by keeping a running tally of payroll errors and keeping a tracker on labor costs and expenses. This includes and is not limited to reporting any excessive overtime, undertime, and raises.
- Responsible for ensuring that HR requests are acknowledged and actioned within acceptable periods. This includes but is not limited to requests sent via HR tickets, requests sent in Slack, requests via email, and verbal requests. For better management, these requests should be tracked in Asana and assigned to appropriate people in the HR team with set due dates and updated comments.
- Manage ASANA boards of HR, and direct reports, and ensure that everyone in HR has enough tasks.
- Coach direct reports weekly and document these sessions via a coaching log and/or video recording.
- Overseer performance reviews and promotion of employees making sure that we keep an up-to-date tracker on all raises, promotions, and pip.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of the policies in the company, and ensuring that these policies are adhered to by the employees. Take the lead in reporting, keeping track, and actioning any policy violation always keeping in mind what is the best for MAG.
- Ensure employee onboarding process is efficient and onboarding materials are always up to date.
- Takes the lead in creating initiatives for employee retention and engagement.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in areas such as employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR administration.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships and resolve conflicts.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.

HR SPECIALIST

- Coordinate, implement, and oversee the company's compensation and benefits programs.
- Manage Human Resources projects and HR Information Systems/databases.
- Collaborate with Human Resource Manager to handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance issues in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Analyze market trends and assess program guidelines to optimize benefits and compensation utilization.
- Devise and implement proactive HR initiatives related to employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills for effective performance in the role.

Qualifications:
- College Graduate (Psychology, Business, or any related educational field)
- 1 year of working experience in HR roles or similar positions.
- Understanding of HR principles and basic HR software.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of identifying and proposing solutions to HR issues.
- Accuracy in tasks such as data entry and documentation.
- Maintains confidentiality and adheres to ethical standards.
