Job Title: Multimedia Specialist - Virtual Assistant

Location: Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Multimedia Specialist to join our team as a Virtual Assistant. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing various aspects of our multimedia content creation process, including video production, podcast development, YouTube channel management, and social media engagement.

Job Description:
As a Multimedia Specialist Virtual Assistant at ACA Homes, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing multimedia content across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with our creative team to develop engaging video and audio content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience. Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:

1. Video Content Management:
- Generate creative ideas for video shoots and develop detailed plans for execution.
- Coordinate scheduling, location scouting, and logistics for video shoots.
- Capture, edit, and enhance video footage to produce high-quality content.
- Ensure timely delivery of video projects while maintaining high standards of quality.

2. Podcast Development and Editing:
- Brainstorm compelling podcast topics that appeal to our audience.
- Manage the production process, including scriptwriting, and editing.
- Optimize audio quality and ensure consistency across episodes.

3. YouTube Channel Management:
- Develop strategies to grow our YouTube channel and increase viewer engagement.
- Upload, organize, and optimize video content for maximum visibility.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly.

4. Social Media Management:
- Create captivating social media posts across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, Facebook).
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Monitor trends and identify opportunities to enhance our social media presence.

5. Shared Drive Administration:
- Organize and maintain our shared drive to ensure easy access to multimedia assets.
- Implement file naming conventions and folder structures for efficient organization.
- Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to streamline workflows and improve file management processes.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in multimedia content creation, including video production, editing, and podcasting.
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and audio editing tools (I use Riverside, and Spotify for Podcasters)
- Strong creative vision and the ability to translate ideas into compelling multimedia content.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for audience engagement.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in multimedia production, communications, or a related field (preferred).
