We're looking for a talented and tech-savvy full-time VA to manage customer inquiries for our multilingual e-commerce stores across the EU. You'll be the friendly face (or voice) behind our
What you'll do:
-Respond to customer inquiries on

-Research and troubleshoot customer issues related to our products.
-Leverage AI translation tools to bridge language gaps and ensure clear communication.
-Utilize AI writing assistants to craft professional and informative responses.
You're a perfect fit if you:
-Have experience handling customer support inquiries for e-commerce stores.
-Are a master at navigating
-Thrive in a multilingual environment and enjoy using translation tools.
-Can quickly learn about our products and answer customer questions confidently.
-Are comfortable using AI writing assistants and see their value in customer support.
-Possess knowledge of customer support tools like Zendesk, Zoho, etc.
-Familiar with project management tools like ClickUp, Lasana, etc.
