**What You’ll Do**

As an omni-channel customer experience agent, you are expected to:
- Handle customer inquiries and assist with orders and exchanges via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide product information, process orders, track shipments, and manage returns and exchanges.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical/product/process issues by helping customers identify root causes and provide solutions.
- Stay updated on products and policies and provide accurate information.
- Meet performance metrics.

**Who You Are**

We’re looking for someone who meets the following requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply.

- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (emails, chats, phones).
- Strong American / Australian/ UK accent required! If you do not have this, we kindly request that you do not apply.
- Background in e-commerce or technical accounts (e-commerce preferred).
- Familiarity with applications such as Gorgias, Zendesk, Kustomer, Recharge, Shopify, and Confluence is advantageous.
- Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written, with clarity, precision, and grammatical accuracy.
- Proficiency in American slang (natural English) for effective written and verbal customer communication.
- Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, empathetic, and upbeat tone.
- Quick thinker who is proactive and adaptable in diverse situations.

**Technical Requirements**

- High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps or fiber connection)
- Noise-canceling headset
- Fast computer
- Power and internet backup required


- Rate starts at $4 to $4.50 per hour depending on skills and experience
- Timezone: Eastern or Pacific
- Full-Time Role
