Mortgage Broking Loan Processor VA

We are looking for a self-driven, determined, smart, and reliable go-getter to join our team in Mortgage Broking Australia!

You will be responsible for end-to-end loan application process, document collection and sorting, checking living expenses and income, serving calculations, packaging & processing client loans, data entry, administrative support to Mortgage Broking office, loan follow-up tasks and liaising with banks to follow-up and provide updates on client’s applications.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Collecting & sorting supporting documents from clients (homebuyers) via cloud platform
• Review documents and follow-up clients
• Data entry
• Check & calculate income from payslips
• Verify living expenses
• Income servicing calculations via servicing app or calculator
• Liaise with and report to Office Manager regarding status of documents
• Save & file documents using folder and File Naming Conventions
• Pricing existing loans
• Property valuation requests
• Checking data input into MyCRM matches the clients’ supporting documents
• Make comprehensive client file notes regarding servicing & summary of client’s position
• Liaise with lenders (banks) to provide updates on client applications
• Follow-up client application to formal approval & settlement
• Complete, update & reassign tasks in MyCRM
• Ensure regulatory, and industry compliance guidelines are being met and strictly adhered to
• Daily accountability sheet

Ideal Candidate:
• Minimum of 2 years relevant previous experience in Australian loan processing
• Experience and competency using Apply Online
• Experience and competency using client CRM software like MyCRM, Mercury, Sales Trekker or Broker Engine
• Accuracy and attention to detail is essential
• Dedication to excellent standard of work
• Must have excellent liaison skills
• Experience and competency using Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook
• Have the ability to multitask, work towards deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM and Zoom
• Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skill
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision
• Strong customer service skills
• Must have the ability to multitask client files
• Must also be able to motivate themselves and work independently
• Availability to work Australian EST hours
