Monday(.com) Support Consultant / Analyst

We have a great team of PH support analysts and we are looking for one more amazing person to join us!

Polished Geek was just named the #1 Upgrade to see actual info Partner in all of North America for 2023. We are a Platinum-certified partner agency, and we are seeking another full-time person to join our team and become a vital part of our consulting organization. This role will be trained to provide Upgrade to see actual info implementation and support services for our wide range of clients and projects.

In this role, you will work with a close-knit remote team to help design and build monday product solutions, migrate data, perform testing and provide live consulting support during ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings with clients. Your ultimate responsibility is to boost the impact of our consulting leads' efforts, improve our clients' overall satisfaction and help improve team productivity.

If you have a background in web development, software design, project management, QA or other IT experience you could be an excellent fit for this role. Alternatively, if you have worked in martech, in integration projects with Zapier or Make, providing customer support in a technical position or have a good working knowledge of project management tools like Clickup, Salesforce, Asana or even prior experience with monday, you could be an excellent fit for our team.

We seek reliable team players who enjoy working remotely in a small business environment. You must have excellent home office internet service and be willing to work full time, USA Eastern time zone hours Monday - Friday.

This position is for a full-time permanent hire on our team (after successfully completing your 90-day probationary period).
