Moderator - Health / Fitness

The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable moderator for our Fitness Group on the Skool platform. This position is perfect for someone who is deeply passionate about both fitness, biohacking, and nutrition. As a moderator, you will oversee community interactions, ensure adherence to guidelines, and inspire members through engaging content and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a vigilant guardian of our community, monitoring discussions, and ensuring compliance with community guidelines.
Handle conflicts and disputes within the community with professionalism, empathy, and adherence to guidelines.
Regularly review messages and content to identify and address inappropriate, spammy, or shieling posts.
Provide assistance and support to community members by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Enforce community rules and guidelines consistently and fairly.
Report any suspicious or inappropriate activities to the Admins as needed.
Help onboard new members and facilitate positive initial interactions.
Conduct proactive follow-ups with new members, gather feedback, and suggest upsells.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a successful moderator
Aptitude for handling disputes and challenges creatively and diplomatically
Deep understanding of fitness, nutrition, and biohacking techniques, supported by formal training or significant personal experience.
Preference for those with familiarity with Skool or similar community platforms.
Strong written English communication skills to facilitate positive interactions within the community.
Fluent in English
