Blick Creative is a full circle graphic design and web development agency looking for an exceptional Mid-Senior Graphic designer to become a part of our close-knit team. Blick has a diverse range of clients, from government to corporate, with a special focus on the not-for-profit sector.The Position is Full-time and will be available in Mid April. The position will see you work across disciplines from logo design and branding, marketing collateral, to magazine and annual report design and layout, as well as website interface design.The position reports directly to our Head of Design and Digital, but you will also often work directly with our Account Managers on client projects. Strong verbal and written communication and time management skills are a must.

What we're looking for in a Graphic Designer:

- 4+ years experience
- Tertiary graphic design qualification
- An impressive design portfolio showcasing a range of work including: logo design and branding, publication design/layout and website interface design
- Ability to follow style guides but also bring your own creative flair and push boundaries
- Proficiency in the Adobe CC suite, in particular InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop with solid pre-press knowledge to match
- Great command of English language
- Team player and self-starter with exceptional attention to detail
- Driven to continuously self-improve and share knowledge with the team

Wordpress website development experience a bonus (but not necessary):

- Adobe XD or Figma software experience for website design
- Understanding of responsive web design and a mobile first design approach
- Good working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, SASS/LESS. jQuery knowledge a bonus
- Knowledge of cross-browser quirks and testing
- Experience using Wordpress CMS systems – please indicate any others in your application
