Meta/ FB Ads Specialist - Project Based

Job Type: Project-Based Contract
Compensation: $200 for a 20-25 hour project-duration

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage Facebook advertising campaigns.
Conduct in-depth audience research and create detailed targeting strategies.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, including A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages.
Collaborate with our creative team to produce compelling ad copy and visuals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Facebook advertising.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Facebook Ads Specialist with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and related tools.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
A self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is wired to “mark things off the list” and get projects completed ahead of deadlines.
Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 45 wpm)
Pride yourself in getting tasks done accurately and efficiently the FIRST time
You are tech-savvy and can figure out new digital programs & tools without much hand-holding
Must be willing to work US hours and have at least 2 years experience working in the Eastern Time Zone.
