Meta Ads Specialist Wanted for Award Winning Health & Wellness Brand

Join our team at a friendly, award-winning natural health and wellness e-learning company established in 2007. We're on the lookout for a talented part-time Meta Ads Specialist with deep experience in paid advertising/media buying, specifically Meta ads. There's potential for more hours as we work together. In this roll you will work remotely alongside our co-founders and manage our Meta ads and drive qualified leads, sales, and positive ROAS while continuously testing and optimizing our campaigns.

Your Role:

- Strategically develop, execute, and manage Meta Ads campaigns
- Consistently achieve and exceed ROAS targets.
- Properly set up Analytics.
- Conduct thorough offer, landing page, and ad testing to identify the most effective strategies.
- Regularly analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize effectiveness based on KPIs.
- Report on campaign metrics and providing actionable recommendations for improving performance on an ongoing basis.

Requirements:

- Demonstrable experience in achieving strong ROAS in previous roles.
- Expertise in Meta Ads testing, campaign analysis, and continuous improvement of ad campaigns.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads.
- Google Ads expertise is a huge plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to make decisions based on campaign data.
