The VA will be handling basic level 1 duties (Order cancellations & amendments, Order chases, Returns, Basic replacement orders)
What would a typical day in this role look like?
(After the training period)
We will have daily team huddles via Zoom (cameras must be turned on) - to answer questions and inform the team of any updates or changes. Check-ins with their Line Manager or Team Lead will also happen at least once a week.
Their day will be structured around answering
We will set targets as we move along. A fully trained rep would be expected to send a minimum of 50

Must have a competent level of written and spoken English and understand how to compose an
