Medical Billing and Claims Processing for Medical Practice

OptiMindHealth is a mental health and wellness counseling company. We are a group of doctors, psychologists, and other mental health clinicians committed to improving the psychological health and wellbeing of our patients. We are supported by a hard-working and devoted support staff who help us in all aspects of practice operations. We are looking to hire a new teaUpgrade to see actual infomber to work with us in staffing our billing and claims team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include providing timely, efficient, and accurate coding of patient claims from all practice clinicians. Accurate and timely eligibility checks, denials management, and unresponsive claim management, are daily tasks. Insurance credentialing for new providers is also a part of the responsibilities of this team.

Requirements & Qualifications:

We require our staff to have an upbeat, positive, clear communication style and to have the ability to work closely and respectfully with a culturally diverse team. Prior experience in medical billing and claims management is required. Prior experience in mental health billing and coding is preferred.
