The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the billing process by verifying insurance benefits, explaining coverage to patients, ensuring accurate medical information, and managing financial accounts. Responsibilities:

Verify Insurance Benefits: Confirm and verify patients' health insurance benefits to facilitate accurate billing.

Explain Insurance Benefits: Communicate effectively with clients to explain their insurance benefits, answering any questions or concerns they may have.

Ensure Accuracy of Medical Information: Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient medical information, ensuring the integrity of the billing process.

Reconcile Financial Accounts: Monitor and reconcile patient financial accounts, including copayments, deductibles, co-insurances, and balances.

Appeal Denied Claims: Take proactive measures to appeal denied claims, working to resolve issues and ensure timely reimbursement.

Collect Payments: Efficiently collect copayments, deductibles, co-insurances, and outstanding balances from patients.

Initiate Late Payment Notices: Proactively initiate late payment notices to relevant parties, ensuring timely resolution.

Respond to Inquiries: Answer emails and phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing excellent customer service.

Assist with Scheduling: Collaborate with the scheduling team to efficiently schedule patients for multiple providers.
