JOB OVERVIEW

We're in need of an adept media buyer specialized in TikTok, capable of handling every aspect of media procurement—from thorough market research and trend analysis to crafting impeccable campaigns, and continuously analyzing and enhancing performance to ensure campaigns remain profitable and optimized during expansion.

To excel in this role, you should demonstrate a deep understanding of TikTok and other social platforms' marketing dynamics, along with a keen ability to decipher analytics. Prior involvement in search arbitrage is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive market research, dissecting demographics, media habits, psychographics, and purchasing behaviors to pinpoint target markets, niches, audiences, and campaign prerequisites.
Devise advertising strategies and campaigns tailored to achieve optimal outcomes.
Review advertising materials meticulously before campaign launch.
Coordinate and execute campaign launches seamlessly.
Manage budgets diligently, keeping a close eye on campaign expenses and ROI metrics, while scaling profitable campaigns and discontinuing underperforming ones.
Track and present campaign metrics like views, click-through rates, engagements, and customer conversion rates.
Stay abreast of audience and media trends, consistently refining strategies for scalability.
Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a media buyer, with a focus on social platforms, particularly TikTok.
Strong proficiency in analytics.
Exceptional financial acumen and adeptness in managing substantial budgets.
Ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
Bonus: Familiarity with the search arbitrage domain.
