MEDIA BUYER
We are looking for Media Buyers that are analytical thinkers and seasoned A/B split testers, who will enjoy the process of improving ad campaigns. The person for this role will be focused on optimizing the ad account by turning off low-performing ads or ad sets based on primary KPIs. They will also be launching new videos, carousels, DPAs, or other creative things to improve ROAS. Tasks for this role include increasing CTRs & conversion rates. Preferrably with experience in Google Ads,
PUBLIC RELATIONS
PR will include drafting, testing, and executing a public relations strategy that will get our brand into new audiences. We’re looking to get access to more “Featured in” or “As seen on” opportunities with blogs, articles, magazines, podcasts & any other media outlets that we can craft partnership deals with. This person will need experience developing media plans and doing outreach. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns. If you are passionate about social media trends, enjoy building relationships with influencers, and can create campaigns that drive engagement and deliver on performance goals, we would love to meet you.

CRO/SHOPIFY EXPERT
This role will be responsible for tasks focused on optimizing and improving the website experience. This may include connecting new Shopify apps, adjusting themes for aesthetics, or any other activities that may increase the conversion rates of an eCommerce website. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of web analytics, A/B testing, user experience, and the entire conversion optimization process. Your primary goal will be to improve the conversion rates of digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms, ultimately boosting client revenue.

This role will be a part-time position. You will have the ability to work during the hours that are most comfortable to you, as there will be no required set of hours to be online. With that said, we do expect communication within 24 hours to stay up to date. While weekends and holidays are optional, we allow all of our teammates to work as little or as much as they choose based on how much they want to make or contribute. We expect hours to vary some weeks between 10–20 hours per week.
