Role Responsibilities:

As a Media Buyer specializing in Facebook and Instagram ads, your role will be instrumental in delivering impactful online advertising campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:

Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with clients and the our team to develop effective ad campaign strategies.
Ad Account Setup: Assist clients in setting up and linking their ad accounts to our ad manager.
Ad Campaign Design: Design engaging ad creatives and ad copy to align with campaign goals.
Audience Targeting: Utilize your expertise to define and refine audience targeting parameters.
Budget Management: Optimize ad spend for maximum ROI and budget efficiency.
Ad Campaign Monitoring: Monitor ad campaigns and make real-time adjustments for performance improvements.
Reporting and Analytics: Generate campaign reports, analyze data, and provide insights to clients.
A/B Testing: Implement A/B tests to optimize ad performance and conversion rates.
Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform changes, and best practices to ensure campaign success.
Client Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with clients to understand their goals and provide campaign updates.
Pixel and Tag Manager: Have a strong understanding of Facebook Pixel and Google Tag Manager for effective tracking and analytics.
Integration with Go High Level: An added benefit would be knowledge of integrating ad campaigns with Go High Level for comprehensive marketing automation.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience in setting up and managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of ad campaign design, audience targeting, and budget optimization.
• Proficiency in ad management tools and platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and the Magntk Systems team.
• Innovative and creative thinking to design compelling ad creatives.
• Results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving campaign objectives.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Bonus: Experience with ad buying on TikTok or the Google Ad Network.

• Experience with ads in the following areas would be of high value: Mixed Martial Arts, Business Coaching, Marketing, Real Estate Agents, Real Estate Investments, Raising Capital, Event marketing
