We are looking for an organized master scheduler who can help us with Constant communication with caregiver staff, scheduling caregivers at facilities, and scheduling ride shares for staff as well.
To be successful as a master scheduler you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring Homebase timesheets, entire team and direct scheduling messages, ride group requests, and answering the on-call phone.
- Ensuring all shifts are covered, filling all shifts (scheduled and unscheduled.
- Log no-show for first and second shifts.
- Communicate last-minute changes with the caregiver staff and ride share.
- Maintain Schedule and input prescheduled shifts throughout the day.
- Responsible for completing the schedule every Wednesday by the end of the business day.
Qualifications:
- At least 7 months to 1 year of call center experience
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of using Google and Microsoft software.
- Excellent computer literacy skills
- Goal and Result driven
Schedule: (CST)
6:00 am to 3:00 pm
Sunday to Wednesday
