Role:

We are actively seeking a skilled Marketplace Marketing Specialist who possesses deep expertise in Lazada, Shopee and TikTok. The successful candidate will not only craft and execute marketing campaigns but will also be instrumental in analyzing their performance and developing strategies to boost sales.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, develop, and execute marketing and advertising campaigns across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.
2. Handle marketplace operations (rating and cancellation rate) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
3. Rigorously analyze campaign metrics to assess performance and ROI.
4. Develop strategies and action plans to optimize marketing efforts and boost sales.
5. Collaborate with our e-commerce team to improve product listings and promotional activities.
6. Stay abreast of the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in marketplace marketing.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in marketplace marketing and operations, with a focus on Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.
2. Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
3. Demonstrated capability in developing and implementing effective sales-boosting strategies.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
5. Excellent communication skills in English.
6. Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketplace Marketing (Lazada, Shopee & TikTok Shop)
7. Must create, run and analyze paid ads in marketplace platforms.
