Marketing with UI Skills

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Marketing Staff Member with Graphic Design capabilities to spearhead our
marketing initiatives and assist with product design and planning. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our visibility and engagement across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of graphic design, social media marketing and video content creation, and an interest in AI-driven content generation.

Responsibilities:
- Implement marketing strategies to promote our software products and services.
- Participate in Design and Development of products.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including short videos, posts, and newsletters.
- Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube accounts to increase followers and engagement.
- Execute PPC campaigns, video marketing, and influencer collaborations to drive brand awareness and product sales.
- Utilize AI tools to generate text, video, and image content for marketing purposes.
- Conduct market research and collect surveys to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Develop and manage marketing funnels and product-based marketing initiatives.
- Participate in Design and Development of products as required.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with some successful social media campaigns.
- Expertise in graphic design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Experience with video content creation and management of social media platforms.
- Knowledge of PPC, newsletter marketing, and funnel marketing strategies.
- Ability to use AI tools for content creation, or, at least a strong interest
- Excellent communication and creativity skills, with the ability to engage a digital audience effectively.

Salary Range: 15,000 PHP – 25,000 PHP per month, depending on experience and skills for 20 hours of work, as a minimum with possibility for more hours in future.
