Stamper Signings is a dynamic and forward-thinking notary service company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and excellent customer service. We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our marketing team and help drive our outreach efforts.

Job Description:
As a Marketing Virtual Assistant, you will play a critical role in expanding our market reach by making cold calls and sending follow-up emails. This position requires excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and gauge interest.
Manage and maintain a list of potential leads and follow up with them via email to ensure continued interest and engagement.
Draft and send personalized follow-up emails to leads after initial contact.
Track and report on the outcomes of calls and email interactions, providing insights into the effectiveness of outreach strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine call scripts and email templates based on response rates and feedback.
Assist in scheduling meetings or calls between potential clients and sales representatives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate with potential clients.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in telemarketing or cold calling, with a minimum of 2 years preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in using Google Sheets and Microsoft Office Suite to manage data, create reports, and maintain records.
Ability to manage and organize multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
