We are seeking a highly motivated, independent and dynamic individual SUPERSTAR Virtual Assistant with a strong marketing background. They will work directly with the Founder daily. They play a crucial role in different tasks across verticals such as:
Responsibilities
Manage Community Group
Responsible for outreach and providing weekly resources to the group based on our content pillars.
Organize and moderate community events, webinars, and workshops to facilitate networking, learning, and collaboration among community members.
Social Media Engagement
Create and curate compelling and relevant content to share with the community.
Develop and implement a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of engaging content.
Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to identify content preferences and trends.
Strong understanding of lead generation including:
Understand how to drive traffic to our website and social platforms
Understand how to use our target audience to find brands for social media giveaways, collaborations, and potential retail partnerships
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in community management, preferably in a digital or online community.
- Strong understanding of community building strategies and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and community management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
