Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organised person to support our partnership marketing efforts. This role involves identifying potential partner organisations, coordinating partnership setups, and managing ongoing relationships. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in facilitating collaborations that enhance our visibility and engagement within various entrepreneurial communities.

Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential partner organisations that align with our mission and values.
Reach out to prospective partners and schedule introductory calls or meetings.
Assist in the negotiation and onboarding process for new partners.
Provide partners with necessary marketing assets such as images, videos, promo codes, and tracking links.
Manage and track partner deliverables, including logo placements, social media promotions, and distribution of event tickets.
Maintain ongoing communications with partners to ensure they are engaged and informed about our initiatives.
Prepare reports on partnership activities and their impact on our events and communities.
Requirements:

Proven experience in an administrative or marketing support role, preferably with experience in partnerships or affiliate marketing.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building relationships with partners.
Proficiency in using digital communication tools and CRM software.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
A keen interest in entrepreneurship and event management is advantageous.
