Marketing & Operation Assistant Manager

Established in 2015, Blackbelt Capital started its journey with a focused vision on the thriving real estate landscapes of Ontario, specifically in Toronto, Sudbury, and Cornwall. Initially dipping our toes into the condo market, our expansive growth has led us to transition into multifamily properties, proudly housing over 30 tenants and counting.

A deep dive into our strategy reveals our steadfast allegiance to the BRRRR (Buy, Renovate, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) Method. Our vision is anchored in sculpting a long-standing buy & hold portfolio

Our day to day operation includes managing service request from our customers; working and communicating with stakeholders, tenants, contractors and vendors. Additionally will be focusing on having a strong social media presence in 2024 into 2025

Day to Day include:

Document Business processes Sop (workflow diagrams)
Manage database task completion (Notion)
Scrum master
Manage follow-ups with stakeholders
Follow up on task ensure they get completed


Who are we looking for:

No work experience required, we will teach you everything about the business
Ambitious candidate, willing to learn and face challenges
Excellent verbal and written English. bonus if other languages.
Tech Savy. 100% of your job will be remote being able to navigate existing and emerging softwares and technologies
People Person. Strong communication and interpersonal skills




Benefits:

CAD $600-$800
Fully Remote, flexible hours
7 Paid vacation days per year. +2 day per tenure year
$1,000 bonus end of first year based on performance
