Position Summary

As the Director of Marketing at Delegate, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's future and accelerating

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with
Delegate's vision and business goals.
• Brand Management: Elevate Delegate's brand identity and awareness in the marketplace, ensuring it
resonates with our target audience.
• Market Research & Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and
challenges. Utilize these insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Digital Marketing Excellence: Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing,
social media, and display advertising campaigns, to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
• Content Strategy: Lead content strategy and development to engage target audiences effectively and
position Delegate as a thought leader in the staffing solutions space.
• Team Leadership and Development: Build, mentor, and lead a marketing team capable of carrying out
the necessary marketing strategies and initiatives the “Delegate Way”.
• Performance Measurement: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, leveraging data
to make informed decisions and adjustments.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in a staffing solution company or a related field is highly desirable.
• Virtual work environment experience is an advantage, demonstrating adaptability and proficiency in
leveraging digital platforms for marketing and team management.
